It looks like Heather Locklear may be looking at some jail time. Remember back when she got arrested for a DWI? Well, now it looks like she may have been involved in a hit and run!
It seems that Miss Heather ran over a street sign and then took off. This normally would be a pretty minor offense, but it is a violation of her parole. The coppers caught her bowling over a sign around 4:00 a.m. on a surveillance camera from her gated community.
