There has been a whole lot going on in the Melrose Place world, and I have to admit that I have been slacking and not posting the latest news as I should have been. The time is getting closer every day and next week you should be able to set up the season pass on your Tivo!

Anyway, the network has announced their fall time slots and Melrose Place will be coming to you in living color on Tuesday nights at 9:00, right after 90210 at 8:00.
I know that they bumped the show around while it was on the air in the 90's, but if I remember right, it spent most of it's time on Monday nights.
That day will be held for One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl for now.

Yep, that's the date (so far) that Melrose Place will premier. The claws will come out and I will bet money that someone is going into the pool on the first show. :)
Man, since filming began there has been pretty much no news on the Melrose Place front. I mean, Lissa Rinna was in Playboy, but I am not planning to dignify that with an article.
I suppose that I should spend this time writing many of the other articles that I had planned or getting the multimedia section up on the site....
It was announced today that Dr. Michael Mancini will be returning to the new Melrose Place show! Thomas Calabro was the only star to be with the first season from the beginning to the end and he will again be playing Dr. Michael Mancini along side one of the good doctor's many ex-wives, Sydney. That is SWEET!
It seems that he will be playing the father of one of the new characters and it seems that may be David Patterson (played by Shaun Sipos). David was supposed to be Jake Hanson's son, and still may be, but we will have to see what happens.
Michael Mancini is a sucker and it would not surprise me if the writers have him and Sydney back together, with him having many girls on the side of course...
